The New Christian Tories

New Generation of Christian Tories emerges at the General Election, according to Ekklesia News. It's a real mixed bag - from Gary Streeter MP, who has been in Parliament for several years now and clearly advocates 'compassionate Conservatism' to the distressing news that Ed Matts, the failed Tory candidate in Dorset South who infamously doctored pictures of asylum seekers in his election material described himself as a 'committed Christian' in the same literature. No wonder we don't make a positive impression in the world when we stoop to such low tactics.
